RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
FOR USA ORDERS:
Return Eligibility:
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Return Process:
We now process all U.S. returns through the Redo portal.

If you purchased Redo-FREE RETURNS, a prepaid return label will be automatically generated—no need to email us.

Once your return is marked “delivered” by the carrier and reaches our return center and passed our quality check, your refund will be automatically issued.

Redo free returns and Package Protection fees are non-refundable.

The original cost of shipping your order to you is non-refundable.
If you declined Redo-Free Return Coverage:

You will need to purchase a return label at full cost via the Redo portal. To initiate a return, click here.

Please allow 10–14 business days from the date the return is received for the refund to reflect back to your original payment method. We appreciate your patience!
❗️If you purchased before the Redo system was implemented (on or prior to June 20th). If your order was placed before Redo returns were introduced:

Please email us at returns@tippytype.co with your order number in the subject line.

If you purchased your product before Redo was implemented, Refunds will reflect the product price paid minus a $7 return label fee. The original cost of shipping your order to you is non-refundable.

We’ll send you a USPS return label and provide further instructions.

Expect a reply within 3–5 business days (check your junk/spam folder if needed).
FOR INTERNATIONAL (NON-USA) ORDERS:
Please note: We don't offer RETURNS & EXCHANGES for international orders at this time.
Also, please be aware there maybe additional duties/tariffs/taxes due upon receipt of your package that are your responsibility to pay!
